We respect your right to cancel for any reason. The individual you designated as your organization's Authorized Representative can simply log in to Settings > Manage Subscription and click the link to Cancel My Subscription.
After canceling, you will no longer be charged for scheduled payments, and our payment processor will be notified within 48 hours. We continue to provide hosting, support, and related DNS services until the end of your subscription period, at which time all services and content will be retained offline for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted from our system, unless otherwise requested. Your ISADEX managed private domain will also be available for transfer back to your organization's Authorized Representative within 5 business days.

We structure our 30-day trial at a discounted rate, and allow you to immediately start customizing your site without a large upfront payment, long-term commitment, or domain transfer. We also extend a generous discount for annual subscriptions. For these reasons, payments received for trials, monthly, and annual subscriptions are not refundable regardless of the date of your subscription, cancellation, or use. Renewals on ISADEX managed domain names, SSL certificates, or Design Team services you purchase are also not refundable, regardless of use.
