Yes. You'll notice that we immediately provide access to your 80% complete, themed website by assigning it a temporary, unique sub-domain. This 'staging site' allows you to customize your new site without requiring you to choose a final domain name first, nor affecting its production site and email if you already have one. When you're ready to launch, we'll replace our staging domain name with your own domain. Whether you plan to manage your domain and its DNS at your favorite registrar, or transfer it for us to manage during your subscription, you'll find our 'staging-first' process is the perfect way to prepare your new website.

Yes. Private email accounts containing your domain name can be managed independently by a third-party provider of your choice, often Google or Microsoft. This is optional because email sent from your website forms and features use our own, unmonitored 'no-reply@' email account, which is assigned with your subscription. In other words, your website forms and features don' use your domain email. This also simplifies your website launch, accomplished by editing one or two DNS records that have no effect on your domain-related email.

No. Your subscription simply auto-renews either monthly or annually as you selected during the registration process. This allows us to continue supporting your subscription until, and after, you decide to launch. There's never any pressure to launch from us, you proceed at your own pace.

Yes. We respect your right to cancel for any reason. Your organization's authorized Site Admin can simply login to Settings > Manage Subscription and the link to Cancel My Subscription. Our approval is not required, although we will ask what influenced your decision, and a couple post-subscription questions. After canceling, you will no longer be charged for scheduled payments, and our payment processor will be notified immediately. We continue to provide hosting, support, and related DNS services until the end of your subscription period, and which time all services and content will be suspended for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted from our system, unless otherwise requested. Any private domain managed on your behalf will also be available for transfer to your organization's designated contact person within 5 business days following authorization.

Yes. You'll love starting close to the finish line with a pre-designed website that's already 80% complete, even updated with your organization details. But then we also include three 45-minute training sessions, and free, ongoing support, along with access to our training resources - all so you're never left to build your own website:

1) Start by visiting our Design Team calendar to schedule your first 45-min Orientation & Training meeting with our Design Team and up to 10 of your team members. This is usually best during the first 5 days of staging. Here we'll help you customize your nav menu, select site features, outlines, and start editing custom pages.

2) During the second meeting, Customizing Content, we'll show you more techniques for editing custom pages, panels, and how to import from our library.

3) Our third meeting, Modules and Maintenance, covers the more advanced modules, and helps you prepare your website for launch.

If questions arise, simply reach out using our free Support Request process. You can also purchase Design Team time to have us step-in and design as little, or as much, and you request. Rates are reasonable and discounted during staging, and also you'll find we're quite efficient and generous with our time.

No, trials and subscriptions are not refundable regardless of the date of cancelation. You'll quickly discover that during this trial, you can immediately start customizing your site without requiring a large payment, long-term commitment, or domain transfer. Instead, we extend full access to all features, modules, libraries right from day one. We also include three free training meetings, plus free support to help you complete pages, the navigation menu, and other site features as you prepare for launch.
